At Webb Products we strive for perfection. That's why our arrow and bolt service is not the same as you would receive from a local pro shop. We start by precision cutting your arrows to the desired length. Then every arrow is placed on a squaring tool, resulting in arrows that are perfectly squared before inserts are installled. Once squared, we etch the inside of the shaft with an arrow etching tool, which helps with adhesion. Inserts are then installed using a two part epoxy (formulated for inserts) for a permanent bond. Once the glue dries, the arrow is placed on the squaring tool again. This perfectly squares the end of the insert, so your tips will always seat perfectly and square.

Crossbow Bolts
Even though bolts are factory cut to length, at Webb Products we place each bolt on a squaring tool (factory cuts are not always square cuts). Then we etch the inside of the bolt with an etching tool (which helps with adhesion). With the ends perfectly square, we install the inserts using a two part epoxy (formulated for inserts) for a permanent bond. Once glue dries, the bolt is placed on the squaring tool again. This perfectly squares the end of the insert so your tips will always seat perfectly and square.
